The Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC") is responsible
for insuring the architectural integrity and appearance of Pinon Glen.
The ACC provides a service to the HOA by evaluating all requests by
Owners for additions and modifications to the exterior of homes, lots,
decks, patios and areas within backyard fences in accordance with
the guidelines and rules of our Declarations and Regulations.
Unless being replaced with an item identical in color, size and style
(or the item is on a pre-approved list issued by the ACC), the following
items must be submitted to the ACC for approval prior to installation:

In addition, Owners are required to obtain ACC approval for the following
items prior to installation:

Any permanent or semi-permanent
structure or fixtures |

Fences, decks & patios
· Landscaping |
| ·
Satellite dishes * |
·
Hot tubs |
| ·
Antennae |
·
Awnings |
* The ACC recommends that satellite dishes be installed on the roof at the back of the house. If this is not possible, please put a request in writing as to the exact location of the proposed installation. After reviewing the request, ACC will either send written approval or a suggestion for a more suitable area to be used. When the satellite company arrives, they will know where the best location for installation will be to receive good reception. IF this location is not on the roof, the back or side of the house, please call Dennis Laurence to discuss what the satellite company is proposing.
Owners should submit their requests in writing to Dennis Laurence -
ACC, c/o Pinon Glen Homeowners Association, PO Box 49151, Colorado
Springs, CO 80949-9151. The ACC will notify Owners in writing of the
committee's decision. If you include your phone number or email address
in your request, the chairperson of the ACC will notify you immediately
after the meeting.
Please remember that by undertaking any modifications to your property
you assume the responsibility and liability for the modification and
any resulting problems. Warranties, if applicable, may also be voided.
There are lists of pre-approved storm doors, custom window well covers
and stain colors for fences and decks posted on the bulletin board
